Bhairava Gayatri Mantra

ॐ कपालिनाय विद्महे
सर्वरोग निवारिणाय धीमहि
तन्नो भैरव: प्रचोदयात्

oṃ kapālināya vidmahe
sarvaroga nivāriṇāya dhīmahi
tanno bhairava: pracodayāt

We meditate upon the lord of the skulls, who removes all diseases, may Bhairava inspire and guide us.
This mantra invokes Lord Bhairava as a source of healing and protection from all illnesses and negative energies.

Bhairava Mantra for Protection

ॐ अर्धनारीश्वराय महाक्रूराय

महताण्डवाय कालकालाय
महासम्हाराय त्रिकाल भैरवाय
नमः शिवाय श्री भैरवाय नमः

oṃ ardhanārīśvarāya mahākrūrāya

mahatāṇḍavāya kālakālāya

mahāsamhārāya trikāla bhairavāya

namaḥ śivāya śrī bhairavāya namaḥ

Om, to the Lord who is half Shakti, who is fierce and terrifying, who performs the great dance of destruction, who is the master of time, I bow to you, O Bhairava.

Bhairava Kavach (Shield Mantra)

ॐ भैरवाय वरदाय महाक्रूराय कपालिनाय

त्रिवर्णाय महाद्रव्याय महाप्रलयं प्रपद्ये

oṃ bhairavāya varadāya mahākrūrāya kapālināya

trivarṇāya mahādravyāya mahāpralayaṃ prapadye

Om, I surrender to Lord Bhairava, who is the giver of boons, the fierce one, the one holding the skull, the one who governs the three gunas, and the one who is the destroyer of the world.

Bhairava Bhakti Mantra

ॐ भूतेश्वराय महाक्रूराय महासम्हाराय
विकटाय विकरालाय त्रिगुणात्मिकाय कल्याणाय
सर्वेभ्यो दुःख शान्तिनं भैरवाय नमः

oṃ bhūteśvarāya mahākrūrāya mahāsamhārāya

vikaṭāya vikarālāya triguṇātmikāya kalyāṇāya

sarvebhyo duḥkha śāntinaṃ bhairavāya namaḥ

Om, to the lord of all beings, the one who is fierce and terrifying, the one who brings about the destruction of all negative forces, the one who governs the three gunas, I bow to you, O Bhairava.
