This is Shodashi Mantra or Tripura Sundari Mantra, specifically the Panchadashakshari Mantra. It is one of the most revered mantras in the Sri Vidya tradition, a Tantric path that venerates the goddess Tripura Sundari as the supreme embodiment of beauty, wisdom, and divine consciousness.
